As the Brand Creative Director and also a Senior UX Designer for bswift, I helped bridge the gap between product design and marketing. With an intimate knowledge of how the platform was designed and developed, I led the creative direction of corporate brochures and other branding materials that described platform functionality and the bswift experience. Ultimately, our group provided the bswift sales team with a library of brand assets to help gain new business.
In an increasingly competitive landscape, it was important for bswift to differentiate itself from an ever growing number of competitors in the HR tech space. In addition to a sophisticated HR & Benefits technology platform, one of bswift’s greatest assets was it’s account managers and implementation experts, who brought an “unexpected” level of service to clients. Our marketing campaign, “Unexpected Benefits,” sought to highlight these aspects of the company, as a way to win new clients.
