bswift’s benefits platform could be configured for use as a private marketplace or exchange, and have a pre-populated set of plans to choose from (under Aetna).  These plans were available to individual insurance plan shoppers. Each part of the platform needed gateway flows to determine location and eligibility, and also if an individual or their family might quality for a government subsidy.  This initial screening flow obtained the individual’s location, dependents, and annual household income for eligibility.
